First let me tell you, I have been waiting for a fitness band to not have notifications and all that extra bloat. If I want to check my phone, I will check my phone. If I want to check the time or my heartbeat, my wrist. I just don't want my wrist vibrating to make me more neurotic than I already am with my updates and notifications. So let's just jump into the thick of it. That aside, this is the first watch that LOOKED nice to me. It has a beautiful simple design to it. Looks great on the wrist, however the watch itself is a bit "thick" and the band, while strong would be the first thing I replace for a nylon cloth type strap, this thing just makes me sweat. But it is what it is. Personal preference here. There is a slight latency when swiping left and right for quick views. It drives me a little batty. Hopefully they fix this in a firmware update. I agree that the digital watch face has a strange look, especially for the analogue look. Something is wrong with the edges of the second and minute hand. They have distortion.I think it has to do with the display itself though. But if they could fix it otherwise it would be cool. It reminds me of those old tomagachis. But come on, 250$ for that kinda display is a bit off putting. The 21 mm watch band may not seem like a big deal however, I dare you to find one you like online. This is such a weird size it is almost impossible to have many options which limits you a lot. 20 and 22 is the norm. The other thing that is weird is the "auto lock" screen feature with no way to turn it off. I don't wanna double tap my screen every time I wanna swipe the watch. Give us that option. It is supposed to track sleep automatically. It fails to do this at times. Now for the good, it is extremely accurate with heart rate and figuring out you are sleeping. It is lightweight, and the app has great...
This is the beginning of a new series called "Handheld Storytelling" brought to you by Tristan Pope Photography: http://tristanpope.com (timecodes below) In this episode we look at the top 3 Handheld Electronic 3 Axis Gimbal Stabilizers for Smartphones! Shown in this video are: Ikan Fly X3 Plus 3:20 Pros: Gun handle Grip, Carrying Case, Large Battery, Good Feedback in the handle, Passing for the phone. Cons: Has trouble with any attachments with the supplied counterbalance using the iPhone 6S and cannot balance the iPhone 6S PLUS with supplied balance with any attachments, often fails out of balance with quick motions or randomly when the gears lock up. Loud operating noise. Pretty rugged, but seems the gears get a louder the longer you have it. Only one button operation On and Off no extra tilt or pan features. https://www.amazon.com/review/RTKINSRUHJV3A/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm This thing is awesome! The easter bunny had a tough time pushing this baby out, but I am glad it did. Cause netflix and the bathtub have never been so rewarding. I no longer have to be drowned out by the bath filling up as I listen to the next episode of The Arrow or House of Cards. Instead I can hear everything super clear this waterproof amplifier for my phone. I can keep the case on the phone and just get more sound through the magic of physics. Check out the video for more details! No brainer for on location places you need a louder sound and don't have power! Watch the video. Seriously. This thing is amazing. I was doubtful going into this. I am completely sold now. Amazing. I am not affiliated with this company and was sent this item for my unbiased review.

- Throw your phone around without it flying off your hand.
- Save yourself a dentist bill by not dropping your phone on your mouth when in bed.
- Avoid pinky carpal tunnel syndrome.
- REACH EVERY CORNER OF YOUR PHONE with ONE HAND.
- Look kinda nerdy.
- Can't rest phone flat anymore.
- Need multiple ones if you have multiple cases.
I have been running the same setup for hand held camera support systems for a few years now. I figured, hey if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Oh boy, I couldn’t have been more wrong. To me it is extremely important to have a hand strap for my camera, I rarely have the “Canon Strap” around my neck and have very steady hands so I just need something to attach that camera to my hand without any fear of it losing its grip. So I bought a cheap Amazon hand strap and stuck it over the normal Canon neck strap, just to have the option to hang it around my neck during breaks. Problem is breaks are supposed to give you a… wait for it… break. My neck was telling me a different story. Especially for on location shoots, behind the scenes, and other shoots that I could be lifting my camera up to my face more than 1000 times in a 15 hour day. Also my hand strap had a tendency to cut into my hand too roughly. But what did I expect for a few bucks… But come on I use these things constantly why hadn’t I invested?!?!
Well let me tell you about my new setup and why I think this system is pretty much my last stop shop for camera support from now on...
Not only are these made out of quality materials and sturdy as all getup, they provide a comfort level with their cushy neoprene padding with binding. When this thing goes around my hand or my shoulder, I can feel the grip holding it...
So you are here because you too LOVE PINK?!
Ok maybe not... but you wanna win a free kick ass Redhead Windscreen! SWEET! Well here is how you can do that:
Summary: Kalani from Redheadwindscreens.com and Tristan from Alttabme.com have come together to share with you the love of Redheads! A lot of people think Redheads are only for audiophiles, professional "sound people", or filmmakers. Well we are here to tell you THAT IS JUST NOT THE CASE! I have been recommending these to all my gamer friends for a long time because I wear a really high end set of cans(headphones) and I like to communicate via teamspeak, ventrillo, mumble... etc when I am playing with them. Problem is, we all like low electricity bills or just have an unspoken love of box fans... well let me tell you something, the horrid noise that a fan blowing air into a microphone makes is enough to make my ears bleed. This solves that problem! (THANK YOU EAR GODS!) Not to mention they can be customized to fit every kind of microphone including headsets! Anyway here is a video tell you allllll about it:
Well isn't that something haha. Here are the official Participation rules, good luck, and we look forward to seeing what names you come up with.(make sure to check the redheadwindscreens.com website to see what some of the other colors are called!) You have a chance to write REDHEAD HISTORY!!! Participation Rules:
- Post below a NAME for the one and only PINK Redhead.
As we all know if you are a heavy user of your phone, especially an iPhone, the number one problem that plagues them is BATTERY. For the longest time I have had a battery backup I carried with me made by APC(the people who make the backups for computers in case of a power outage), unfortunately they discontinued it. Plus it only charged my phone one and a half times from 0. While this sounds like a significant amount for the usage I get out of my phone living in NYC and constantly on the move with my photography business, I am not often by an outlet and have had my phone die many many times, which makes it difficult to coordinate the next shoot or people I am meeting with. The Product: So I went searching for a replacement. I ran across Anker products. They had batteries from 8000 mAh all the way to 20,000. I was trying to find a happy middle ground between portability and power. I was turned onto the Anker 2nd Gen Astro3 because of it’s high capacity of 12,000 mAh and it’s smaller size(about the size of two iPhone 5’s stacked). Easy to put in my camera bag, but especially awesome because it has 3 USB ports that have PowerIQ charging capabilities. This means an extremely fast charge which is important if you can’t be tethered to your battery pack or just need a quick boost. Well Anker was kind enough to...
The Real Touch My Hands On Off Experience: So, let me preface this with: I have always been intrigued by sex toys. Mostly my intrigue comes from Women's sex toys. The main reason being, I find it interesting that Women have toys where they literally can just sit, stand, or lay down with said toy and let it do all the work. Men on the other hand have a much smaller selection of sex toys available for them and most of them require a lot of effort. Now I don't know about you but I have always wanted a sex toy that did all the work for me like a woman's did! I didn't want to tire out my arm with a toy. The idea of the word TOY itself means FUN, not work! Well, when I first heard of The Real Touch I almost couldn't contain my excitement. WAIT WAIT WAIT... why the hell is there the start of a sex toy review on a gaming community site?!?!?! Oh, give me a break, you are trying to tell me if you grew up in my generation you didn't fill over half your harddrive with PORN and the other half with games? Pfftt lying sack of.... I digress. But on a serious note this thing is made of future. The tech to create this is just impressive and lends itself to our constant obsessions with the latest video card upgrades and the like. What is the Real Touch:

Getting over the fact that I had to stick my manlyhood into a machine with rotating parts, belts, and heating parts, it was quite the experience that you can read about here. Jimmy over at AntLion.com who makes the ModMic's was kind enough to send a test unit over to AltTabMe.com knowing that we really value our audio quality for podcasting and generally not wrecking one another's ears over Mumble or Ventrillo. I was sent a 3.0 version back when and I just couldn't justify the price and quality, there were too many features missing, lacking, or not compatible with my rig. I use a Samson C01U condensor mic on a regular basis so it had some stiff competition. That has not changed so let's see how the Modmic 4.0 stands up to the competition. (obviously these are two different types of mics but considering that no one makes a book mic attachment like this for comparison and the price range being similar it will be what we use as a comparison, especially because I personally would like to see a mic like this replace my current c stand and condenser mic that take up a lot of space.) First let's talk specs for the 4.0:
